This video audio was created as a submission for a Sundance contest where participants were provided with preexisting footage and asked to create an original audio track to accompany it. The project was designed as an exercise in pairing sound with image, focusing on how audio can shift the tone and atmosphere of a scene. My approach was to heighten the unsettling qualities already present in the footage by layering sound in a way that emphasized dread, tension, and anxiety. The result is less about narrative and more about sensation, exploring how sound design can transform moving images into an experience of horror.
